Pargati Apartments is the home of The Pargati Co-operative Group Housing Society Ltd., a ten-storey residential tower at GH-10, VIP Road, Sector 7, Sonipat, built for and owned by its own members.
Registered in 2006 (Regn. No. 945), the society brought twenty families together around one shared idea: to build a home of their own, together. Every flat is owned by a member, and the building is run by its members through the co-operative and its managing committee, not by an outside developer.
Every home is a spacious 4 BHK, and with just two flats on each floor, each one has its own share of light, air and quiet, with fewer shared walls. From the upper floors the view opens across Sector 7 to the Sonipat skyline, and at night the city lights stretch all the way to the horizon.
The name says it all. Pargati means progress, and that's what this building stands for: twenty families moving forward together, one floor at a time.
